My name is Roy Essery DPAGB. I am a photographer living in Colchester, Essex and this, if you have not already guessed, is my web site.

Much of my photographic interest lies in that of a pictorial nature and as such my work tends to be is biased towards images of a creative, artistic nature whether occurring in the natural world or through the process of digital manipulation.

Some of my images are designed to provoke emotion or questions in the mind of the viewer, whilst others are simply a photographic capture of life's natural beauty or interest, be it in the human race, landscape or simply the flora and fauna about us.

This site was created as a medium allowing me to share my passion for photography with others. It is therefore not purposely directed to commercial gain, however I am happy to discuss the sale of an image file and/or the provision of high quality, archival prints. I also have experience of undertaking individual commissions and I would be happy to discuss with you the provision of such services, if of interest.
